Terms of Service

These terms describe purchases from the Zykay online store at zykay.com. Applicable consumer rights are preserved.

Store and product information

This storefront is operated under the name Zykay. Product titles, descriptions, images, options, prices, availability, and the items included are shown on each product page. Read the listing before ordering; additional items shown for display are not included unless stated. We may correct an error or update a listing, but a change does not alter an order already accepted without the process required by law.

Orders and payment

Submitting an order is a request to purchase. Checkout displays the available payment method and the order total before you place the order. The store currency is USD. An order is subject to payment authorization and confirmation. Contact us promptly if you notice an error or need to request cancellation; an order can be changed only if it has not progressed too far to stop.

Delivery

Standard shipping is free with no order minimum to delivery addresses in the 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia. Other U.S. territories and military postal regions are outside the current shipping zone. Checkout confirms availability and the final order total before you place an order. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day. After carrier acceptance, Standard transit is estimated at 2–4 business days. Including processing, total delivery is estimated at 3–6 business days. These estimates are not guarantees; carrier capacity, weather, address accuracy, and other circumstances may affect delivery. Returns and refunds

The Refund Policy explains the 30-calendar-day return request period, eligibility, prepaid return labels, and refund processing. Nothing in these terms removes a consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.

Website use and intellectual property

Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its security or operation. Store text, branding, and site design are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Product names and marks belonging to other parties remain theirs; no manufacturer or sponsorship relationship is implied unless expressly stated.

Errors, availability, and limits

We aim to keep information accurate, but a website or product may be unavailable or an error may occur. We will contact you about a material order issue and resolve it as required by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
