Checkout shows the currency, available payment methods, and order total before you place an order.
Currency and order total
The store currency is U.S. dollars (USD). Review the product price, any applicable taxes, any delivery method and charge, and the final total shown at checkout before submitting an order. No payment method is represented as available unless checkout displays it for your order.
Shipping charges
Standard shipping is free (USD $0) with no order minimum for delivery addresses in the 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia. Other U.S. territories and military postal regions are outside the current shipping zone. Checkout confirms address availability and the final total before you place an order.
Processing and delivery estimates
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day. After carrier acceptance, Standard transit is estimated at 2–4 business days; including processing, total delivery is estimated at 3–6 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Checkout shows the current delivery method, estimate, and total for your address.
Payment processing
Payment authorization and processing are handled through the payment options presented by Shopify checkout. The exact provider and method can vary. A pending authorization is not always a completed charge; check your order confirmation and payment account before retrying a payment to avoid a duplicate submission.
Payment safety
Zykay will not ask you to email a full card number, CVV, account password, or one-time security code, and will not ask you to send payment to a personal account, by cryptocurrency, or outside checkout. Contact us if a payment or order status is unclear.
Refunds
Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method as described in the Refund Policy. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.
Subscriptions
The current catalog does not describe a subscription or recurring purchase. If checkout ever offers a recurring purchase, its frequency and amount must be shown before you agree.
